1. We typically send out our shipment on Wednesday or Thursday. You will get in on Friday. 1 or 2 days before your event.
2. Due to majority of our customers are in the residential area, to avoid mis-shipment we typically do not required customer to sign for the shipment. However our drivers will take a photo as proof of delivery.
3. You will get an email as soon as your shipment is on the way.
4. There is a $100 refundable deposit, which will be refund to you once we received our equipments back from you.
