Here is what you should do if it does happened.

Equipment faulty

Take a picture or video to explain what happened.

Send us a messenger on our Facebook messenger with your order number.

If were not able to replace the equipment in time, a refund will be make according to the number of gun(s) that are faulty.

Lost of Equipment

Customer is responsible for any and all damage to Equipment, at the below listed rates

* $65.00 for every damaged Shotgun laser tag gun

* $95.00 for every damaged Rifle laser tag gun

You can reprint your return shipping label from the email we sent you titled “Freight Tickets xxxx”

Delay Return

Customer agrees to arrange pick up from New Zealand Couriers within one Business Day of the Event Date.

Any Equipment postmarked after this date shall be considered “re-rented” and shall be charged a full Rental fee of between $30.00 to $45.00, per gun.
